Debtors
When you appear at your 341(a) Meeting of Creditors you must have with you a government issued proof of id and proof of your social security number. Failure to have these documents will prevent us from completing your examination and your case could be dismissed as a result.
You must also provide our office with copies of your most recently filed Federal and State tax returns 7 days prior to your hearing.
